Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as fast as possible. 

Shipping time & cost

We ship all our orders with our shipping courier UPS. We ship worldwide. Shipping time depends on your destination and should be visible during your ordering procedure where you will be able to gauge the estimated delivery time by UPS. Standard delivery time within EU is roughly 2-8 business days. Standard delivery time to destinations outside of EU can take longer. Depending on the destination, more shipping options are offered such as Standard, Saver, Express. Shipping prices will vary by destinations and services chosen.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Kalklitir is NOT responsible for any returned customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are always at the customers own expense.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that there are item/s damaged during transport, you should immediately contact us for further instructions at shop@kalklitir.com

Unclaimed Packages

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is ready to be shipped. If a package could not be delivered to you, UPS will give it another go (if you are not at home f.ex) if the second time fails as well, it will be delivered to your nearest UPS access point (or post office).  For packages that are not picked up at a UPS ACCESS POINT (or post office)  within 14 days, Kalklitir reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of EUR 25 to cover return shipping and administrative costs. After this procedure has finished, we refund to your card, minus the original shipping cost (refunds can take up to 14 days to arrive to your card).
