Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product then we kindly ask that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items.
Items that are sent back to us that are neither damaged nor wrongly delivered will be automatically sent back at customers own expense and therefore it is important that you contact us first. If you have received a damaged item or wrongly delivered item, we always send the correct item to you free of charge as soon as possible. Return of faulty/damaged items can only be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
We offer a refund service on returned Kalkpaint (Kalei and primers are made to order per customer request and we can therefore not refund these products). If you wish for a refund, we kindly ask that you contact us beforehand. Refunds can be made within 14 days following delivery. The returned Kalkpaint needs to be in its original packaging and condition in order for us to refund the product/s. It is at the customers expense to ship the returned products to us. Once we have received the returned products we will issue a full refund. *Please note that import charges and fees may apply outside of EU which are not refundable.

If you wish to make an exchange then we kindly ask that you contact us beforehand. Exchanges can be made within 14 days following delivery. When exchanging a kalkpaint colour to another kalkpaint colour, the shipping costs are to be paid by customers. This includes both the shipping cost of the exchanged product and the shipping costs of the new product. Exchanged products need to be in its original packaging and condition. *Please note that import charges and fees may apply outside of EU for the new exchanged product shipment which must be paid by the recipient.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a copy of original invoice and tracking number. Kalklitir suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
